Our program
provides advanced therapies for chronic wounds that have not healed
or are not improving utilizing traditional modalities. We are an
out-patient program, focusing on multidisciplinary, cost effective
treatment plans, amputation prevention and limb salvage. There is
also an emphasis on patient education to enhance compliance and
prevention of future wounds.

Area Agency on Aging (SLAAA) provides free assessment and case
management services to seniors living in the City of St. Louis. A
professional visits the senior in their home, assesses that
