person physically, cognitively, emotionally, financially and
legally; then develop a care plan. GCMs assist with discharge,

the person age in place safely in their home or in alternative

Advanced Nursing
Services has been providing quality private duty nursing care since
1984. We accommodate the personal needs and situation of each
individual. Our staff includes skilled nurses as well as certified
nurse aids. A visit and assessment by our RN supervisor is available
at no cost or obligation to individuals. Furthermore our services
are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and overseen by our RN
supervisor.
